Mission Statement:

PAFRO is a non- profit organization that provides emotional and financial support to orphans from five different children's homes in Bashkortostan , Russia. Our two primary goals are to provide opportunities for orphans to travel to the United States and to fund projects in the orphanages themselves that will most improve the well being of all of the children. We work with and support the Charitable Children's Fund in Ufa to assess the children's needs and remain in contact with the orphans throughout the year.
